Terms of Play

Fair play first. Big scores second.

Fruits Drop is made for quick, fun browser play. These terms keep the leaderboard honest, explain what is public, and set the rules for using the game.

1. What Fruits Drop is

Fruits Drop is a free casual browser game available at fruitsdrop.fun. You can play without creating an account. The goal is simple: drop fruits, merge bigger fruits, and chase a better score.

The game is entertainment only. Scores, ranks, badges, leaderboard places, share cards, or any other in-game result have no cash value. Fruits Drop is not gambling, does not offer betting, and does not award real-money prizes.

2. Playing without login

You do not need to sign in before playing. The game may use temporary gameplay sessions, browser storage, and score validation data to keep a run stable and to check whether a submitted score looks genuine.

Refreshing the page, closing the browser, switching devices, blocking storage, or losing internet connection can affect recovery and score saving. We try to make the experience reliable, but a browser game can still be interrupted by device, network, or hosting conditions.

3. Google login and score saving

Google login is used only when you choose to save a qualifying leaderboard score or manage your score identity. Signing in does not give Fruits Drop access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, photos, or private Google account content.

A score is eligible for saving only if it reaches the current Top 25 threshold and passes the game’s validation checks. The Game Over screen may show the compact Top 3 leaderboard, while the full leaderboard page shows up to 25 saved scores.

  • Public leaderboard entries show display name and score only.
  • We do not show your email address, username, Google account id, or Google profile picture on the leaderboard.
  • Your Google profile picture may be shown only inside your private account/menu area after login.
  • We may remove, hide, correct, or refuse scores that appear manipulated, duplicated, automated, technically impossible, or caused by a bug.

4. Player names and public display

Your public display name may come from the name on your Google profile unless a name-edit option is added later. Please keep it clean. Do not use abusive words, private personal information, impersonation, misleading business names, or names that could confuse other players.

If a public name creates a safety, privacy, legal, or moderation concern, we may rename, hide, or remove the leaderboard entry without notice.

5. Fair use rules

Please play the game normally. Do not use bots, scripts, emulators for abuse, request tampering, replay attacks, modified clients, API spam, scraping, automated score submission, exploit sharing, or anything designed to overload or bypass the service.

If you find a scoring bug or security issue, report it privately through the contact page. Using a bug to gain leaderboard position can lead to score removal and account/session restrictions.

6. Sharing scores

The Challenge Friends feature is for friendly sharing. Shared text or links may include your score and the Fruits Drop link. Do not use share features for spam, harassment, misleading claims, or pretending that Fruits Drop is connected to a third party that has not approved it.

7. Availability and changes

Fruits Drop may be updated, paused, restarted, redesigned, moved, or discontinued. Features such as Google login, leaderboard size, score eligibility, share text, validation checks, and visual design may change as the game improves.

We try to keep saved scores safe, but no online service can promise perfect uptime or permanent data availability. Hosting issues, database problems, browser limits, account restrictions, or maintenance can affect access.

8. Ownership

The Fruits Drop name, interface, artwork, game screens, code, logo files, text, and related assets belong to Fruits Drop or the respective rights holders. You may play the game and share links to it. You may not copy, resell, rehost, clone, scrape, or present the game or its assets as your own.

9. Children and household use

Fruits Drop is a casual game, but Google sign-in and public leaderboard saving should be used only by players old enough to use those services in their region or with appropriate parental/guardian involvement. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the site.

10. No warranty and limited liability

Fruits Drop is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every run will be saved, every score will be accepted, the site will always be available, or the game will be error-free on every device. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fruits Drop is not responsible for indirect loss, lost data, lost rank, device issues, browser issues, or interruptions connected with using the site.

11. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms when the game, leaderboard, login flow, or legal requirements change. The latest version on this page applies when you use the site.
