We keep the data small and the purpose clear.

You can play Fruits Drop without signing in. When you choose to save a qualifying score, we use Google login only for account matching and leaderboard protection.

1. Data we collect when you play

When you open or play Fruits Drop, the site may process basic technical data such as device type, browser type, approximate region, pages viewed, loading/performance signals, game events, session data, and error information. This helps keep the game fast and fix problems on real devices.

During a run, the game may also create gameplay validation data such as score, fruit drops, merges, highest fruit reached, play duration, and session integrity signals. This is used to decide whether a score is eligible and believable before it is saved.

2. Data we collect when you sign in with Google

If you use Google login, we may receive and store the basic profile data needed for sign-in: Google account id, display name, email address, and profile image URL. The email address is used for account matching and support. The profile image is used only inside the signed-in account/menu area if available.

Fruits Drop does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, photos, payment information, or private Google account content.

3. What appears publicly

The public leaderboard shows only rank, display name, and score. It does not show your email address, username, Google account id, Google profile picture, or login details.

The full leaderboard currently shows up to 25 saved entries. The Game Over screen may show the compact Top 3 list so the Play Again action stays easy to reach.

4. How we use data

  • To run the game, score checks, Google sign-in, and leaderboard saving.
  • To confirm that a leaderboard score belongs to the signed-in player.
  • To detect fake scores, technical abuse, duplicate submissions, API spam, or broken-game submissions.
  • To improve loading, layout, performance, and gameplay smoothness across devices.
  • To respond to support, deletion, correction, privacy, or security requests.

5. Google API data use

Information received from Google is used only for sign-in, account matching, leaderboard score saving, fraud prevention, and support connected to your Fruits Drop account. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising profiles.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

6. Analytics

Fruits Drop uses Google Analytics to understand visits, device categories, page performance, and general engagement. Analytics helps answer practical questions such as whether mobile screens are fitting correctly, whether pages are loading properly, and whether players are using new features.

Analytics is not used to show your email or private Google account information on the leaderboard. You can use browser settings, tracking protection, or Google’s own controls to limit analytics cookies and identifiers.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses cookies, local storage, and session storage for signed-in sessions, active-game recovery, temporary score-save handoff during Google login, security/session checks, and analytics. Clearing storage may sign you out or remove temporary recovery data.

8. Sharing and processors

We use service providers needed to run the site, including hosting/database services, Google login, and Google Analytics. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. Public leaderboard data is visible to anyone who opens the leaderboard page.

We may disclose limited data if required by law, to protect the site from abuse, to investigate security issues, or to respond to valid legal requests.

9. Retention

Leaderboard entries may remain while the leaderboard feature exists, unless removed for moderation, technical, privacy, or support reasons. Login/session data and validation data are kept as long as reasonably needed to run the game, protect the leaderboard, resolve disputes, and maintain the service.

10. Your choices

You can play without signing in. You can sign out from the account menu. You can clear browser storage from your browser settings. You can contact us to ask about a leaderboard entry, request correction, request removal, or report a privacy concern.

For identity-related requests, we may ask for enough information to confirm that you control the Google account or public leaderboard entry involved.

11. Children

Fruits Drop is not designed to collect personal information from young children. Players who are not old enough to use Google login in their region should not save leaderboard scores without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

12. Security

We use practical safeguards such as HTTPS, httpOnly login cookies, signed sessions, score validation, rate limits, and restricted public display. No online service is risk-free, so we keep collection limited to what the game needs.
