Send the details. We will check it properly.
A clear report helps us find the problem faster. Include the device, browser, score, screenshot, and what happened right before the issue.
Player and score support
For leaderboard name issues, score-save problems, Google login problems, or a score that looks wrong, send the details and we will review it.
What to include
- Your public display name, if the issue is about a saved score.
- Your device and browser, for example iPhone Safari, Android Chrome, or desktop Chrome.
- The score shown on screen, your approximate rank if shown, and whether you were signed in with Google.
- What happened right before the issue, such as refresh, login, game over, share, or leaderboard open.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if it helps explain the problem.
Privacy and deletion requests
You can contact us to ask about a public leaderboard entry, request correction, request removal, or raise a privacy concern. For account-related requests, we may need enough information to confirm that the request is connected to your Google login or public leaderboard entry.
Bug and security reports
If you find a scoring bug, exploit, exposed data, or security issue, report it privately. Please do not use a bug to gain leaderboard position, share exploit steps publicly, or test in a way that harms the service.
Brand and business enquiries
For publishing, partnership, sponsorship, or brand questions, use the same email with a clear subject line. Keep the message practical and include the website, company name, and reason for contact.
Response time
We review messages as soon as practical. High-score disputes, privacy requests, and security reports may take longer because they need careful checking.
